Six by Nico asked us to manage the end-to-end launch of their new Mad Hatter’s Party menu. The brief was to fill the restaurant with a dynamic mix of guests, create a buzz on social media, and position the Oxford venue as a must-visit dining destination, ultimately driving awareness and sales.

Our approach included curating a carefully balanced guest list of influencers, local businesses, creatives, and media representatives, managing all invitations and guest communications, and coordinating with Six by Nico HQ and their central agencies. We also oversaw event logistics on the day, arriving early to align with the team, greet guests, and ensure everything ran seamlessly. A professional photographer was secured to capture the experience and deliver high-quality content for post-event coverage.
