Launched in 2024 by Lisa Benson, founder of Cotswold Marketing Agency, The Co Club is a carefully curated quarterly, networking series designed to bring together the region’s most dynamic business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs for meaningful connection and collaboration.
In a world of crowded events and surface-level networking, The Co Club offers something rare: an invitation-only community where shared values, quality conversations, and smart ideas are the main currency.
Highlights
Each Co Club event is meticulously curated, from the venue to the guest list. Held at standout Oxfordshire locations such as The Bull in Charlbury and Estelle Manor, events typically bring together 20–25 guests from a mix of sectors, ensuring both diversity and
synergy.
There’s no formal speaker or agenda, just great food, good wine, and a calibre of conversation that sparks ideas, partnerships, and referrals organically.
Importantly, there’s no one-seat-per-sector policy. This is networking for grown-ups, where mutual respect and genuine interest trump business cards and elevator pitches.

With growing demand and a waitlist for future events, we are now elevating The Co Club to the next level, with the launch of the first London Co Club in October 2025 at the exclusive Maison
Estelle in Mayfair. The format stayed true to its roots: a handpicked guest list, effortless elegance, and the right people in the room.
The mission remains the same: to curate spaces where smart people meet, talk, and leave better off than they arrived.
